In accordance with the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”) Rules, the Plan may be suspended, recommenced or terminated by the Directors at any time in relation to all or any class of shares, after giving one month’s notice to all Participants. Any announcement regarding the operation of the DRP is made in conjunction with the Financial Results and Dividend announcement.

All Webcentral shareholders who have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand are eligible to participate in the DRP for shares held on the dividend record date. Webcentral shareholders who have a registered address outside of Australia or New Zealand may participate in the DRP provided that they have satisfied the Webcentral Board of certain requirements as specified in the DRP Rules.

Eligible shareholders may elect by the DRP election date to have all or part of the dividends paid in new Webcentral shares in accordance with the DRP Plan Rules. New Webcentral shares will be issued under the DRP free of brokerage or transaction costs.

What you need to do to participate in the DRP

You can elect to participate in the DRP online at the Link Market Services website at https://investorcentre.linkgroup.com/Login/Login or by completing a DRP election form.

Investors who do not wish to participate in the DRP do not need to do anything and will continue to receive dividend payments by bank direct credit.

Webcentral recommends that investors seek their own independent financial and taxation advice about the consequences of participating in the DRP.

Investors can contact Webcentral’s shareholder registry, Link Market Services at 1300 554 474 or +61 282 807 761 or registrars@linkmarketservices.com.au
